An employee was operating a 4-wheeler while moving cattle in the feedlot. The 4-wheelers have governors installed that limit speed to a maximum of 15 mph. Another employee on a 4-wheeler came upon the injured employee, who was sitting on his 4-wheeler, seemingly dazed. He was hospitalized with a skull fracture and bleeding in the brain.
