Final narrative
On November 17, 2017, at about 5:30 a.m., two employees were loading a sofa onto a trailer. One employee got into the truck to move it, while the other employee stayed on the trailer while the truck was moved about 50 yards in the warehouse. While the truck and trailer were being moved, the employee in the trailer fell approximately two feet out of the trailer and hit his head on the ground, fracturing his skull and suffering a brain bleed.
