On 1/17/18, an employee was attempting to fix a jammed sprocket on a cooling conveyor using a metal pry bar. The pry bar became stuck in the chain/sprocket and the employee's left pinky finger was then caught in a pinch point between the pry bar and the conveyor resulting in a fingertip amputation.
