At 7:05 p.m. on June 22, 2018, an employee was bitten by a dog on the lower right arm while delivering a package to a residence. She was treated and released from a medical facility. At about 5:00 a.m. on June 23, she began to experience infection symptoms and was admitted to the hospital.
