Final narrative
An employee was in a scissor lift setting a truss for a T-hangar when the truss hit the scissor lift after becoming bound up on a column. The employee was ejected from the scissor lift to the floor as the lift overturned. The scissor lift then landed on the employee's face. The employee suffered multiple facial bone fractures; lacerations on the forehead, back of the head, nose, and face; a small brain bleed; a small fracture on the spine (C6); and a broken upper jaw.
