Fall on same level due to tripping over self · Fractures

An employee was creeling on a beamer. The employee was tying in (from a semi-crouched position) a package on the bottom row of the creel. As the employee finished tying in the package, the employee side-stepped (without standing) to start tying in another package that was on the same row, but one creel section over. While side-stepping, the employee's left foot hit the heel of the right foot, causing the employee to fall from the same level to the floor.
