An employee was climbing a ladder into an attic while carrying HVAC supplies. The ladder slipped and the employee fell approximately 9 feet to the ground below. A jug of freon then landed on his head. He suffered a bruise on the left arm, pain/soreness in the hip and back, and a head injury.
