Employees were tasked with fixing an indoor rail car that is utilized for brick making activities. The injured employee went into an open storage area to retrieve corrugated aluminum to utilize for repair activities. The employee stepped on a piece of foam board and fell through the foam board approximately 10 feet into the room below.
