Final narrative
An employee was selecting cases of napkins from a pallet. The product on the bottom of the double stacked pallets became compromised and caused the above pallets to lean forward. After the employee selected a few cases of napkins, the pallets fell forward. The employee had her back to the pallets at that point and was struck by several cases of napkins as she went to the ground. She was hospitalized.
