Final narrative
An employee was working on the re-saw machine in the pallet assembly and cutting area. While adjusting the height of the blade with his right hand, his left hand was pinched between the moving infeed conveyor belt and the feed wheel. This pushed his hand into the moving saw blade. He sustained severe lacerations to his left ring and pinky fingers resulting in surgical amputation of both fingers.
