The injured employee was on an aerial lift, conducting an orientation of a steam valve. Upon completion of the job, the injured employee came down from the lift. He went to remove his lock from the lockbox, and struggled with getting the lock off. Another employee noticed the injured employee's hands were shaking, his breathing was labored, and he seemed confused. The injured employee was hospitalized with heat exhaustion.
