On 12/20/2020, at approximately 6:30 AM, employees where using a wooden box to hoist tools up to the third floor of the facility. The injured employee reached out a window on the third floor to unload the box and it tipped, pulling him out the window. The employee fell to the ground and was hospitalized with various broken bones including a fractured hip and back injuries.

An employee was removing a re-framed wall stud section on the fourth level of a building. He stepped backward and fell 40 feet down a grease chute to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with swelling and bleeding above his right eye and internal injury to the pancreas.

The employee fell through a hole on the fourth floor and landed on the concrete floor of the first floor. The employee sustained a broken right ankle and required back surgery.
