Final narrative
Two employees were working to clean the exterior of a customer's one-story residence. The employees were anchored to each other. Employee 1 climbed the ladder to clean the gutters and Employee 2 followed up the ladder. Employee 2 lost his footing on the ladder and fell, which also pulled Employee 1 down. Employee 1 sustained a fractured left hip. Employee 2 sustained a head injury and an abrasion to his back. Both employees were hospitalized.
