On July 30, 2021, at approximately 12:35 p.m., an employee was working at a 90-ton hydraulic brake press to bend door parts. The press cycled and the employee's left forearm and right hand were caught in the pinch point between both dies. The employee's left forearm was crushed and his right palm was fractured. He was hospitalized for surgery.
