Final narrative
An employee was removing a conveyor system for disposal. Two of the conveyor legs were on skates while the other two were being jacked up. Two of the conveyor's legs buckled and fell, causing the employee's right hand to become caught between the jack handles and the bottom of the conveyor panel. The tip of the employee's right ring finger was amputated.
