An employee was unloading his truck at a roofing and asphalt plant. His cell phone fell into an unloading pit and as he tried to catch it a moving conveyor belt caught his sweatshirt and pulled his arm and hand in. He suffered two broken bones in the left hand, as well as fractures to both left forearm bones.
