Final narrative
An employee was in an oil change pit doing an oil change on a vehicle but he was unable to reach the oil filter. The vehicle was then moved into a different position. When the employee reached up for the oil filter his hand was caught in a belt and drawn up into the fan of the vehicle. The employee's little finger was amputated and their ring finger was partially amputated.
