An employee was cleaning debris off a riding mower so it could go to the mechanic for maintenance. He was about to blow debris out of the hydraulic area when a nut fell into the hydraulic system. As the employee reached to retrieve the nut, the hydraulic pulley partially amputated the middle and ring fingers on his left hand.
