At about 8:30 a.m. on June 24, 2022, an employee was on the roof of a box truck trailer in a parking lot. The employee's pant leg caught on the track of the ladder the employee had used to reach the trailer roof, and the employee fell to the concrete ground below. The employee suffered broken neck vertebrae and head trauma and was hospitalized.
