An employee was standing in a semi-trailer helping a forklift operator deploy a self-leveling dock plate to prepare for loading and unloading. The driver started moving the semi-trailer and the employee fell off the back of the trailer onto the concrete dock and road surface, resulting in two broken ribs, a concussion, and a brain bleed.
