On April 26, 2023, at 4:00 PM, an employee was applying a beeswax release agent to the core and mold of a piece of equipment when the bristle brush was dropped into the equipment. As the employee went to retrieve the brush, their right hand was caught between the core and mold, resulting in fractures and burns.
