On 6/09/2023, an employee was delivering mail when she noticed a chained dog. She moved to the sidewalk to skip the delivery, but the dog broke loose from the chain and attacked the employee. The employee was bitten above the left knee and sustained another bite on the inside of the left knee that removed skin and exposed muscle and bone.
