On August 8, 2023, a crane was moving a steel coil from a rack to the floor to pre-stage it for loading into a press. The tension came off the chain as the crane lowered the coil; the coil shifted and fell onto an employee's left foot. The employee suffered a crushing injury and open fracture to the foot.
