An employee was attempting to re-secure a bulk storage bag to one of the hangers used to load product. While moving to the back of the loading station to re-secure the hanger, the employee attempted to step over a pile of bulk bags when his foot was caught in the loop of one of the bulk bags, causing him to fall to the floor and land on his right leg. He was hospitalized with a broken right femur.
