An employee was using a pallet jack to move a stack of pallets when the pallet jack struck the front-right fork of a stationary forklift. The impact forced the employee off the pallet jack, and his right foot got caught between the pallet jack and the forklift. The employee suffered a broken and dislocated ankle.
