An employee was transferring a fuel cell onto the back of a crew truck using a truck boom crane while standing in the truck bed. The employee lost his footing and fell backward from the rear of the truck bed, resulting in a fracture to his left wrist, contusions on the left side of his hip and head, and a laceration to his left eyebrow.
