An employee was working to refuel a truck. While handling the fuel hose(s), she experienced pain in her stomach. After completing the task, the employee drove back to the pad and the movement aggravated her abdominal pain. The employee was hospitalized with an abdominal sprain/strain.

An employee was in a weld cell working on the coolant pump attached to the weld machine. He was using pliers with his right hand to grip the coolant hose. While he was twisting from side to side to loosen the hose from the connection, his right shoulder and bicep were injured.
