On October 23, 2024, at approximately 8:35 AM, an employee was dropping off a transfer switch for a generator install and took a photo for proof of delivery. He took a step back and fell approximately 10 feet through an open hole to the concrete basement floor of a new construction house. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their vertebrae, ribs, and sternum.

An employee was operating a battery-powered broom to clean demolition debris off the top of the outermost bridge girder. The girder was approximately 11 feet above the demolition scaffold below. The employee fell approximately 8 feet to wind bracing below. The employee was hospitalized with a pelvis/tailbone fracture. Fall protection was in place at the time.

The employee's wrench slipped off the equipment, causing them to lose their balance and fall.
