An employee used a golf cart to take a catering order out to an airplane crew. He then drove around the aircraft to speak with a line service technician about completing a jet fuel order. The injured employee then reboarded the golf cart and proceeded forward. The golf cart struck a parked aircraft near the wingtip. The employee sustained broken teeth and a full-thickness facial laceration from the lower lip down to the bottom of their chin. This incident occurred in snowy conditions.

Crown Lift Trucks

An employee was operating a lift truck when it struck a stationary lift truck. His left thumb was pinched between the two lift trucks, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was pulling down a broken skid with a forklift. When the employee backed up the forklift to get the forks out of the skid he pulled down, he contacted the forks of another parked forklift, fracturing both of his legs. He was hospitalized.

An employee was operating an electric pallet jack when it struck two parked forklifts. The impact caused the employee to be ejected from the pallet jack, and his right foot became trapped between the forklifts, resulting in a severe laceration to the foot.

An employee was operating the compaction levers on a truck when a motor vehicle crashed into the back of the stopped truck. The employee sustained fractured ribs and contusions.

BGDC DISTRIBUTION LLC

On October 16, 2025, an employee operating an order selector was passing a moving scrubber when the scrubber suddenly stopped. The order selector struck the back of the scrubber, resulting in a cut to the employee's left ankle.
