Final narrative
On 3/17/2025, at 10:10 AM, two power poles were being framed at the same time on the back of a trailer. The injured employee reached to the other side of his pole to hold a nut for a bolt that was being pushed through. The employee on the other pole was drilling through his pole. The drill bit pushed through and contacted the injured employee's left little finger. The drill bit punctured the fingernail, causing a laceration and fracture.
