On April 1, 2025, a crane/hoist operator was working to dislodge a hook from a wheel. The remote controls for the crane activated and caused the crane to move. The employee's right index and middle fingers became caught between the wheel and the hook, resulting in an amputation to her index fingertip and lacerations to her middle finger.
