An employee was walking when the controlled ankle motion (CAM) boot on their right leg caught the edge of uneven flooring that had recently been repaired with epoxy that had not cured properly. She slipped and fell to the floor, sustaining a fractured right tibial plateau and striking her head on a fire door.
