At about 7:30 a.m. on May 8, 2025, an employee was working inside a conveyor area, tempering a furnace. The conveyor cycled and rose up to an elevated level; the employee was caught between the conveyor and the elevated level. The employee suffered broken ribs and legs, as well as back injuries, and was hospitalized. The conveyor was not locked out/tagged out at the time.
