On July 2, 2025, an employee was entering the kitchen area and slipped on water, tripped on a raised board, and fell. He fell onto a 3-foot shelf with an uncapped post, causing scrapes and bruises on the left side of his torso. He also sustained wrist pain and was hospitalized.
