What happened
Bus returning from [REDACTED] school. Around the area of [REDACTED] student [REDACTED] began to demand [REDACTED] 's hand. When denied [REDACTED] began to scream jump up and down in seat (loosening restraint) and grabbing [REDACTED] (grabbed clothing pinched hand arm (refused to let go). Student continued to demand her hand while [REDACTED] said NO firmly or ignored. When bus pulled up to the students home student released his restraints and lunged at [REDACTED]. It 's PCA unable to stop. [REDACTED] grabbed another student. H bit [REDACTED] (clothing) kicked swung at pinched grabbed [REDACTED]. Also threw things around the bus.
