assisting another staff transfer a patient
What happened
Employee was helping another staff member transfer a patient when the patient decided to make his body go fully limp the patient was lowered into the bed. When the patient let his body go down the employee tried to to help him to stand having my upper body hold quite a lot of weight.. After the transfer the employees shoulder collar bone was very sore. It is now the day after the incident and the employee can hardly move rotate shoulder without pain and has constant pain.
