Removing scrap Catalytic Convertors from vehicles

He working in the cat rack area using a sledgehammer to remove Catalytic Converters from under the rack. From doing so he developed a pain in his right shoulder. He attempted to keep working however upon telling his manager ( [REDACTED]) about the injury and soreness he immediately asked him to stop working and head inside and call the health hotline provided just a [REDACTED]. He called the number and reported back to his manager that they recommend ice heat rest.
