What happened
Physical Therapist was assisting patient to pull down pants and undergarments to use the commode. Patient 's (R) LE visibly gave way and started to fall therapist slid (R) knee under patients (L) leg to prevent her from falling tipping over commode and pinning patient up against bed with Physical Therapist falling forward and to the right over commode. Physical Therapist held patient pinned against bed until Nurse could remove the commode Physical Therapist legs were tangled in and help Physical Therapist lift patient onto bed since her buttocks were lower than the bed. Physical Therapist felt her (B) back muscles seize up from low back up to neck. With sharper pain in (R) SI joint and upper thoracic spine.
