Employee reports - I WAS HANDING A 15# KETTLEBELL TO A PATIENT. SHE GRABBED IT BUT THEN IT ALMOST FELL. I REACH OUT WITH MY LEFT ARM AND TURNED QUICKLY BACK TO HER TO GRAB IT. I HAD AN IMMEDIATE CATCH IN MY NECK FOLLOWED BY PROGRESSIVE STIFFNESS.
