The employee was attempting to remove a stuck support ring on a tank.

A support ring had been placed on a tank upside down causing it to get stuck on the tank. The employee was attempting to remove the stuck support ring. She was able to free one half of the ring and was using it to free the other half. When doing so her hand slipped and hit the camlock on the tank. This caused a laceration on her right hand. The camlock cut through the provided PPE (cut resistant gloves).
