Demonstrating a drill and went to touch a ball and landed awkwardly on my R wrist to brace my fall.
What happened
Had pain and could not bend it. It was swelling up and bruising right away. Still not getting better so I went in. R hand dominant. Went in and got xrays and have a fracture in my wrist.
