What happened
The reprocessing conveyor is a secondary conveyor line that runs under the primary conveyor line. To move the wheel to the reprocessing conveyor the worker has to bend over and reach out at an awkward angle to place the wheel on the conveyor belt. As he did so he couldnt ' see the sharp flanges under the wheel so he cut his left middle finger
