EE reports she was picking parts in [REDACTED] on Order [REDACTED].

EE reported initially that she fell from an approx. elevation of 4-5 feet from the Order Selector operator platform on to the forks coming out from the same Order selector. EE reports her back hit forks of the Order Selector. EE could not recall if she tripped or slipped but states she was on platform of Order Selector and fell between it and a load that was on forks. EE states Backsaver was no in place. EE states she didn 't make contact with the floor and was able to pull herself back onto platform. The location that that the fall took place was initially thought to be area that EE was found in but EE reports the fall happened down ones of the isles in [REDACTED] (EE unable to remember exactly what isle) and drove her Order Selector to area just adjacent to [REDACTED] work area (this is where EE was found after emergency call). EE reports pain throughout back up to neck with numbness and tingling in her right leg.
