What happened
EE states that while picking parts in [REDACTED] on her reach truck she attempted to put door back up on surplus RC when her finger got caught between truck and RC. EE attempted to close door while moving reach truck up at this point her hand got wedged in between truck and RC. Sharp edge of RC cut top of right pinkie finger and sharp edge of truck cut bottom portion of pinkie finger. EE was able to get hand out by continuing to move truck up.
