What happened
Was on top of truck and went to reach for brush and placed foot on side of gantries platform to reach and left foot slipped between the truck and platform causing him to fall jarring his back and hitting his right hand on the platform. Reported Incident to on shift supervisors and initially declined medical treatment but upon attempting to return to work realized his right hand was in more pain than originally thought and wanted to get it looked at.
