What happened
Operator jumped down the 4 steps of the 640 [REDACTED] and hit the tile floor running. Operator was running full speed on the wet tile floor. When she went to make the sharp turn at the roll up door to go out to the pick off room. The operator 's feet slipped out from underneath of her. Operator put her hands out to try and stop her fall. Resulting in the Operator breaking her thumb on the tile floor.
