Getting ready to help patient that was sitting on edge of bed to the bathroom.
What happened
Placed gait belt on patient and instructed patient to stand up. Employee had ahold of gait belt on both sides when patient stood up and then unexpectedly sat back down on bed when employee wasn 't ready.
