THE EMPLOYEE WAS EXITING THE CONFERENCE CENTER. AS HE STARTED TO WALK HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE SNOW AND ICE CAUSING HIM TOFALL TO THE GROUND. THERE IS A BUMP ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD HE HAS PAIN AND DISCOMFORT. HE SAYS HIS EARS ARE RINGING. THE RIGHT SHOULDER HAS PAIN AND ACHINESS.
