Before the incident
On [REDACTED] employee was working at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to clean the UV lights. The employee unplugged the UV lights. Employee put some chemical UV cleaner Lime-a-way on paper towel. The employee use the chemical-soaked paper towel to clean the UV light sleeve to remove the grime and rinse the sleeve to place back into the back in basin. Employee stated chemical got on his face while placing the chemical on the paper towel. The employee left and return to their residence. When the employee took a shower the chemical from their face flow down to their eyes and cause eye irritation. Employee went to the ER the next day. S
