What happened
EE was lifting 24pk bottles from a pallet and placing them on the floor. EE was working between 2 pallets with limited space in the back room of the account. EE did not request assistance from receiver to get the pallets out of his way. In the process EE experienced a sharp pain on his lower back.EE immediately reached out to safety and requested to be seen at the clinic.EE received restrictions and medication.
